Stainless steel cleanroom shelves
Cleanroom shelving systems made of stainless steel from ap-systems are used wherever sterile and dust-free conditions are required. Typical applications are the production and storage of components, pharmaceutical products and chemical substances or the storage of work equipment and devices in cleanrooms and laboratories.
Modular shelving concept
The modular cleanroom shelving from ap-systems can be combined and extended as desired in 100 mm increments from a width of 800 mm. Variable heights enable the implementation of highly individual solutions. The shelf edges are double folded edges for safety and have a load capacity of approx. 100 kg. The air flow rate can be continuously adjusted by changing the number and diameter of the holes in the shelf. We are happy to realise custom-made products on request.

- Brushed or electropolished stainless steel surface
- Anodised square tubes, sealed with plastic caps at the top
- Shelves optionally perforated or without perferations
- Stand sides stand made of stainless steel sheet with arbitrary pitch
- Stabilised by a bolted cross-frame
- Height-adjustable stainless steel foot plate
- Load capacity approx. 100 kg
- Can be combined and extended as required
